One of the consequences of the brave new world of multi-channel communications is that we find that brands and communications are now always in development. As such we find we are being called on to help out at all stages of a process from ‘head scratching where to next?’, to ‘how can we do it better next time?’

Qual and quant go hand in hand and more often not we find a little of each seems to do the trick. But no amount of fancy survey design trickery can get away from the need for a fundamental understanding of why we do things the way we do them. That’s why we don’t talk about a kitbag of branded products to provide you with a glib off-the-shelf solution, but prefer to explain what we believe and how that impacts on the way we do our work.
