The Team

We think our philosophy sets us apart from other research companies, but a philosophy’s no good without the bright people to bring it to life.

We usually work in teams of two or three to share ideas as well as workload, and there’s no hierarchy of contribution: insight can come from fresh eyes as easily as from experience.

Rather gratifyingly, we notice that since we started in 2001 only four researchers have ever left – one to emigrate to Australia, three to be Planners in sexy London agencies. We can’t honestly blame them.
